We take each detail about you, such as your food prefences, your schedule, your physical activity, your stress, your habits, your body type and your health and fitness goals and create you an hour by hour meal schedule that is custom to you and your unique needs. It takes 90 days to create new health habits. Over these 90 days, we include 3 seperate meal plan phases that evolve as your body evolves.

Due to the nature of the delivery of this information product and the work that we put into it at the outset, no refunds are possible once the work has been initaited. Under exceptional circumstances, you may place your meal plan on hold for up to 1 year with notice provided in writing.
